There’s no need to call, the damage has already been done and unless you’re talking compensation or to pay for me to trade out my car, we have nothing to talk about if this is Josh (service manager) responding. It’s been 8 weeks and I still have not seen the $3,412.79 that you deceivingly added to my contract credited to my Honda financial account. If anyone has to buy a car from this place, please pay careful attention to everything the shady finance manager does. He will try to distract you by asking about your life and family but it’s all part of the scheme.
