I had high expectations when purchasing my 2026 Honda CR-V Hybrid Sport-L, but unfortunately the overall experience was disappointing. Throughout the process, I had to repeatedly ask for accurate pric CR-V Hybrid Sport-L, but unfortunately the overall experience was disappointing. Throughout the process, I had to repeatedly ask for accurate pricing and clarification on discounts, rebates, and financing incentives. It often felt like I was the one tracking down the details instead of the dealership proactively providing clear and transparent information. Communication was inconsistent, and getting straightforward answers took far more effort than it should have. Buying a new vehicle should be an exciting experience, especially when making such a large financial commitment. Instead, I left feeling frustrated and exhausted by the process. I hope the dealership places a greater emphasis on transparency, communication, and customer service so future buyers have a better experience. More

6 years later and still no $250. 00 gas card as promised. I called them probably 5 times and just kept getting the run around.
