They quoted the list price and showed no interest in finding the car for us. So, we dealt with a different dealership and found it was our best Honda buying experience ever! We researched online and knew what we wanted and knew the price that would make both the dealership and us happy. After requesting buying information from our USAA Insurance, we were contacted by Ronnie Meyers and Jesse Esquivel from David McDavis of Irving. They had the car in the color and with the accessories we wanted. They offered a great Drive Out Price on our EX-L V6 and indicated “the figures will not change when you arrive.” They were true to their word! We concluded the transaction in record time and were driving the car home before we knew it. Jesse Esquival handled the actual transaction for us and did so efficiently. Everyone we met at the dealership was friendly and caring and it was so nice to know before we reached our face-to-face meeting exactly how much we were going to spend. Thank you Jesse and Ronnie. My last two Honda's were bought from this dealership. I will not set foot there again. I left their dealership and drove to Huggins Honda and received the exact deal I wanted. I really wanted to buy from McDavid because of my prior purchases and the convenience. I went in on a Tuesday, rainy night, and was given numbers that were $500.00 from what I wanted for my trade-in. I left to go home and think about it. The following Thursday morning I went in to buy the vehicle I wanted, and we had discussed Tuesday night. I was prepared to accept their offer on my vehicle, but instead I was told they were giving me $2,000.00 dollars less for my truck. Something about their buyer late Tuesday night had backed out, but they would look around and try to find another buyer. Suggested that I go down the street and and see What Texas Auto Traders would give me. The offered to buy on the spot for $250.00 more than I was offered Tuesday night. Could not sell to them because I had nothing to drive home in. The vehicle I wanted was a low production (they did not have the vehicle and was not expected for another week and a half). I don't know this but I assume they were offered above list and they took it. More

I have to tell you Michael Sawin is a fantastic salesman, adept in customer service, communication, and friendliness. He knows his business. David Henry gave me a great price with some extras and Albert Garcia took great care of me and walked me through the process. They had the car washed, ready, a filled with gas when I arrived. Bad experience with this dealership, they are dishonest very bad dealership. Terry told me that his price is "a little bit" higher than my price, but after spending a lot time driving to the dealership, t very bad dealership. Terry told me that his price is "a little bit" higher than my price, but after spending a lot time driving to the dealership, the price they gave me actually is much higher. I contact his manager-David Henry and he seems to forget the "a little bit" shown in the email and claim that Terry told me the price is higher than my price. It seems in their mind, there is no difference between " a little bit higher" and "higher" . What a trick they played and what a bad experience with this dealership! will never buy any cars from this dealership. Be aware of this dealership! More

I explained to her my situation and she reassured me that she would be able to help. She literally went above and beyond for me! She made me feel like family. With her help I was able to get a car! I literally love it! I never thought I would be able to get something so nice and with my budget. I can't thank her enough! LIARS AND DISHONEST. PICK ANOTHER DEALER!!! We negotiated and agreed on OTD price for Odyssey EX-L for any color. After the negotiation, They told me that they did not have the color car which We negotiated and agreed on OTD price for Odyssey EX-L for any color. After the negotiation, They told me that they did not have the color car which I was looking for. They offered me $300 less on negotiation price on other colors. But I did not like those colors. Five different persons ( from director to salespersons) called me next day and told me that they had the car which I was looking for, and would be a different price. I told them that I would buy the car if they honor me with the price whatever they offered me ($300 less). They said that they could honor me $300 less on negotiation price as it was rainy and slow day for them. I even called them 4 times to confirm the OTD price, mileage and finance. They confirmed me everything and scheduled an appointment. This showroom is an hour away from my home. And then they started a big drama. One person called me and made sure that I started and was on my way to their showroom. And then sales manager called me and asked me how close I was to their store. I said that I would be there in 10 minutes. And then he told me that I should be flexible on the price. I told them that it was not fair. I called the salesperson who promised me to honor for $300 less on negotiation price. He even increased the price more than what we negotiated. In between, sales manager ( Micheal) advised me not to listen to my family member's words . He even tried to create the problems with in my family to sell the car. These guys can go any low to sell the cars. Lie 1 : Same price for all colors ( and price will change when you ready to sign) Lie 2 : Reqeusted color is not in the inventory ( but it already in the inventory) Lie 3 : We will honor the negotiated the price and come to showroom( after I drove to showroom, I should be flexible on price). They are liars, cheater and dishonest. They had enough time to play the gimmicks with the customers and but not check their inventory. BETTER AVOID THIS SHOWROOM AND SAVE TIME. AND DON’T EVEN THINK TO GO TO THIS STORE IF YOU ARE SERIOUSLY PLANNING TO BUY A CAR. WOULD RATE THEM ZERO. DO I NEED TO REALLY TO BUY A HONDA CAR? OR IS THIS SHOWROOM BAD?
