I have been a Honda owner for many years and was ready to purchase a new car to replace a 12-year old vehicle. I gave a great rating because as soon as I walked in I was received with a great and positive attitude. Terry held the door open for my sister, father, and myself. He went straight to businness after introducing himself and shaking hands with us. I had been to three dealerships prior to coming to Honda. He asked me what I wanted and with what features. He took a quick look at his inventory and gave a me a list to choose from. I really liked that he gave me options to choose from and did not just tell me about 1 or 2 cars. He showed me the car, described the features, and went into detail about it. When I did not like something he would do his very best to try and change that. When we went for a test drive he showed me EVERYTHING the car had to offer. Unlike the other dealerships, he actually drove the car to show me the different things it was capable of and then he let me test it out. The price of my 2013 was negotiable which I really liked. I told him what I wanted to pay a month, how much I wanted to pay in total, and how much I was willing to put down and he made it happen! It was an amazing and very 3 hour "worth-it" experience. :) More
I went looking for a 2012 Honda Pilot, this dealership had a black Touring model but it had a dent on the fog light on the passenger side. I addressed this issue with the salesman and I was told that it had a black Touring model but it had a dent on the fog light on the passenger side. I addressed this issue with the salesman and I was told that it would be fixed to the best of their ability well I didn't think that the best of their ability would be to pull the dent out and have a gap between the bottom bumper. They tried to go the cheap way out and have a shade tree dent person fix it and it was not to my liking, after 3 visits to fix the issue they finally chose to take the vehicle to their body shop where they painted the passenger side of the front bumper and there was a glossy finish but the driver side bumper was dull. The gap still was not fixed, so I left the vehicle. If you're looking to puchase a vehicle from this dealership you better look it over very closly so that you wont get screwed over. This dealership was very unprofessional and customer satisfaction is not important the all mighty dollar is. More
JIM WAS VERY PATIENT IN MAKING SURE WE COULD OPERATE THE VEHICLE SAFELY AND FIND ALL THE CONTROLS BEFORE HE ALLOWED US TO GET ON THE HIGHWAY. HE TOOK SPECIAL CARE THAT ALL OUR QUESTIONS WERE ANSWERED AND T VEHICLE SAFELY AND FIND ALL THE CONTROLS BEFORE HE ALLOWED US TO GET ON THE HIGHWAY. HE TOOK SPECIAL CARE THAT ALL OUR QUESTIONS WERE ANSWERED AND THAT WE UNDERSTOOD THE VARIOUS OPTIONS AVAILABLE, ETC. HE EVEN STAYED PAST CLOSING TO BE SURE WE HAD A GOOD EXPERIENCE AND ARRIVED HOME SAFELY. HE SHOWED A CLEAR UNDERSTANDING OF SENIOR CITIZENS NEEDS AND CONCERNS. THANKS JIM, SEE YOU SOON More
