I am sorry that you had a bad experience at McDavid Honda. We will occassionally loose money on a new vehicle purchase in order to gain a customer. The incentive is not in how much money we make or lose on a deal. The incentive is having a customer that will come back to us for service and future vehicle purchases as well as refer friends and family to us. We sincerely apologize if any of the comments made were interpretted as insulting, rude, or high pressure. It truly is our goal to provide a hassle free buying experience at a competitive price. We did provide a hassle free price. Then we lowered our hassle free price in attempts to earn your business while you were at the dealership and avoid shopping other dealeships. We were told that no matter the offer you and your wife made a commitment to each other to sleep on a deal before making a decision. That's strange. The only time that you and I spoke on the phone was on Saturday evening. I think you have me confused with someone else. You admitted yourself that on your first visit the offer that you made was in your own words "ridiculous." You also admitted that if someone was making ridiculous requests for you at your work that you would spend little time with them. I spent ample time with you, I was very direct and patient with you, I offered you are very good price on the 2 Accords including the warranties, I stayed later and called you before I went home on Saturday night which caused me to leave later for my family trip, and you stated that you were going to shop the Toyota and Hyundai. If you or your friend would still like to purchase and Accord or other vehicle here at a great price and include a great price on the extended warranty, I would certainly like to earn your business. However, if you do not update this review with more positive feedback from your experience with me then we will be less inclined to help you. I was very fair and very patient with you. I gave you all the information you requested. Before you left you and your group told me that you understood and that would update this review. The information that was given to us regarding your final price could have been given to us in the first visit. There was no reason for my wife to make that many visits to ur place for a final car prize. What's ridiculous is that "you don't give out prices" how do u expect to sell a car and keep the customer in blind. U can keep ur car and ur customers.

I am assuming this is Sneha's husband. As far as I am aware, you and I have never met and you and I have never had a conversation. Again, your wife admitted that what you originally offered was in her own words "ridiculous" and that if someone came to her own work and made a ridiculous request that she would spend little time with that person. Your wife was here twice. The first time you folks made the ridiculous offer which we did not accept. On her second visit with Nilam and the other two gentlemen everyone had a very good experience as the group was more receptive to more appropriate price points. I suggest that you ask your wife's honest opinion of her experience with me before making these unwarranted accusations. Sneha and Nilam both made the commitment to me that they would return before 6 pm on Saturday evening. When I followed with them, that is when I was told they wanted to shop Toyota and Hyundai. I made every effort I could to sell both vehicles. I went out of my way and stayed later in hopes to make both sales. I can only assume that we did not make the sale because they wanted to shop the Toyota and Hyundai. May be this will help you deal wit future client. They ended up buying Honda Accord from another dealership, and were not really fond of the way they were treated on the second visit either......I mean, your manager came over and asked them that if you don't like our service why do you keep coming back here. They thought you were rude on your replies to them. I am in a service industry and have to face clients all day.....honestly I would never speak to anyone the way you did with me on the phone. I would always make sure I provide basic info to the clients so they can make a decision. I am successful at what I do......let us just end this here.....no more need to go into you said I said.....have a great weekend.

The concern is with service on multiple occasions. Start by charging advertised prices that include all the nickel and dime add-ons. Simplify the bill so it's understandable by a customer. Stick to your promised wait times.
