So on a whim I decided to see whether or not my family would be able to upgrade our 2011 Honda Pilot to a 2012 Honda Odyssey. I emailed Travis in the morning, he invited me and my family (wife and five c would be able to upgrade our 2011 Honda Pilot to a 2012 Honda Odyssey. I couldn't believe how they would pay top dollar for my trade as well as give me a stellar deal, but that is why I have bought three cars in four years from these guys...simply awesome. More
I bought a 2012 Odyssey EX-L last weekend and did most of my negotiating via e-mail and text with all dealers. I got there, started paperwork and although the paperwork part took a few hours, it was exactly the price I was quoted with no gimmicks. Not sure why all the negative comments. I say people should do all their negotiating via e-mail and texting and phone. There is no reason to visit more than 2 dealerships. Once to test drive the car you want, and the last time to get the car you want (if you want to drive a lot of different models, it's part of the territory). You go in, say I am only going to spend 45 minutes here, and want to test drive x, y, and z cars (or how many you want). But you just have to leave after 45 minutes after you test drive. Plain and simple. Now, once you have negotiated, if they don't give you the deal you negotiated, just walk away. Can't get attached to this stuff, it's just a car...in case there was any issues with the deal, I negotiated a backup deal and had no problem walking away. But Travis and Paul honored their price commitment, no gimmicks, and I felt it was a fair deal. There is so much info on new cars on the internet now, shame on any buyer that can't take control of the situation. More

The dealers say different prices over the phone, just to get you there, so they could add something to it. Paul Hahn was very knowledgable about the technology of the hybrid. He was good at explaining it as well as showing me how to use all the cool features. After market accessories were priced well and installation is going smoothly. Definitely worth emailing them and stopping by for a test drive. More

At first we couldn't get to the car payment price I wanted but he kept working until he got me what I wanted. If he had not worked so hard, I would have gone somewhere else. He called back to follow up on my experience with the car. When I told him I had a couple of concerns about the way the car was driving he didn't hesitate to offer to have someone from Service take a look at it. It's a scary thing, being a single grandmother, shopping for a car, not really knowing who to trust. Aaron made a customer for life! More

I'm extremely suprised this place is still in business, with the practices it has. I've bought three vehicles from this place. The first experience was great, but the last two were horrible. If you want to go to a dealership where employees are playing around cussing loudly to each other, be my guest. The main problem we had was the lies we were being told by the dealer, then when we went to talk to someone in finance. On both occasions, specific payments and terms were met by the dealer and sure enough when we go to talk to the finance people, neither the amount nor term matched up. This second time, I was furious. I waited at that place for 4 freaking hours. I told them what I wanted and just waited and waited and kept telling them if they can't find something for my price I needed to leave and find somewhere else. They finally say they found something in my range. Set up the deal and leave me waiting 2 more hours for finance, who then says, no this is no 60 month and your payments are even higher. I had no vehicle and lived far away, so I virtually had no choice but to accept their cheezy oil change deals and maintenance plans, but stick with 72 months. I can't wait to speak to management there, although I am sure nothing will happen. Customer service in dealerships is all but forgotten, so a word to the wise, make them put in writing exactly the deal you are fixing to discuss with finance and have them sign off on it, to ensure you dont get suckered like I did. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR A USED VEHICLE, or else I will have no choice but to say, I TOLD YOU SO. More
