I drove all the way to Irving because John Bartis called me on the phone after I had been on the computer looking at Honda CRVs. He sounded so personable that I just had to go meet him. Twice, I got lost me on the phone after I had been on the computer looking at Honda CRVs. He sounded so personable that I just had to go meet him. Twice, I got lost and called John. He gave me very good directions (I am directionally challenged) and talked me into the dealership. While there, he went over what kind of car I wanted, and why, to make sure I was going to get what I really needed. Then he looked up all pertinent information, and got me the best price. Then, they didn't have the color I wanted, so he initiated a search and the right color (red) was found, coming into another dealership on a truck. When it got there, he drove over and got it right off the truck and brought it to Irving.. All in all, John probably spent a whole work day of time just on me. I really felt that he cared that I was happy with my purchase. He explained everything about the car, including how to talk on the blue tooth phone, how the windshield washers turned on and off (it was raining that night).. All in all, I felt like I was the most important person in John's life at that time. He's a great person to deal with. I also had some additions -- some protective stuff -- put on the car, and the guy in service stayed late to get that done before I drove home so I didn't have to go have to drive back to Irving again. All in all, this was the best experience I have ever had in buying a new car. More

i was emailed an eprice of 19,129 & told ttl would add possible 1,200, i went to test drive accord seen on internet & was told by Jack that the sports model was only an addtl 1,000 so of course i beca add possible 1,200, i went to test drive accord seen on internet & was told by Jack that the sports model was only an addtl 1,000 so of course i became interested, test drove the sport, went inside to work the figures. Jack leaves & comes back & says the sport model is actually 7,500 more & try to explain why. To me there was no explanation after he told me several times that it was only 1,000 more. had he been honest i would've told him i was interested in the sport because i already knew how much my financing was & it would've been way out the ball park....horrible, horrible, horrible, i wouldn't recommend this dealership to a millionaire!...bottom line, just be honest, honesty gains business not deception!
