The car I wanted was in great condition, just as described by the sales associate. He was very attentive and treated me well. After reviewing the car and operation of the vehicle he had the car deta described by the sales associate. He was very attentive and treated me well. After reviewing the car and operation of the vehicle he had the car detailed. They did a great job detailing the car, it was very clean and did not smell of purfumed cleaners. The finance associate was very good and reviewed the papers I needed to sign and explained the meaning of each signature. A good experience but the car did not have a full tank of gas when I left the lot!! More

I was originally just looking online and searching for prices when i submitted a request for a quote, Brandy gave me a call, and assured me that they would be able to work with me even with bad credit. I went into the dealership, still worried about the fact that my credit was not that good and I had little to nothing for a downpayment, and I wasn't sure if my car would be of value for a trade in. However after talking to Sayed, he put a lot of my fears to rest, and was very helpful, and made sure that I was able to get a car within my budget. Not only that but they Helped me get a monthly payment that was Definately less then what I was planning to pay....if it wasnt for them Sayed brandy and the finance guy ( I feel bad cause I forgot his name ) but if it wasn't for them I wouldn't have driven away with a car!!!!! I came in to look at the 2012 Civic and from the moment I got there the experience was great! I had a price range that I wanted to stay in and they were able to stay within it without a problem. They didn't have the color of car I wanted on the lot that night but they called around and I was able to pick it up the next afternoon. I came here because I saw a used car on Auto Trader in which I was interested. Here's why I bought the car and recommend this dealership. First of all, Ronnie Meyers and his manager, Anthony, worked with which I was interested. Here's why I bought the car and recommend this dealership. First of all, Ronnie Meyers and his manager, Anthony, worked with me on the price to get the monthly payments to fit my budget. They were friendly throughout the entire process. These guys were courteous and never overbearing or pressuring. When I pointed out that the ad for the car showed a feature that was not actually on the car (an error made by Auto Trader), they never hesitated to agree to make it right. When I went to sign the papers in the finance department, Dairius even found me a great interest rate, gave me a great deal on an extended warranty, and threw in some free maintenance! This dealership even let me use a loaner car while they put the finishing touches on my car. I've never been treated so well by a car dealer before. I highly recommend David McDavid Honda of Irving. More
