It was a Plain Lie and there was no if and buts on my understanding of it. I was being conned into coming in with false pretense of price is firm. I wasted whole day. My emails to the person should reveal that. He did not reply to emails but called and confirmed it. Little due diligence and your Internet Sales Manager should exactly know who the folks were. Your other person ANDY when contacted at night was friendly and knew what I went through. He was as others should be. My two cents, DO NOT LIE TO POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS JUST TO BRING THEM IN...I ended up buying a Pilot and Accord SE same week..this could have been your sale. Thanks for responding.

I am sorry that you feel you were tricked or mistreated in any way. We pride our dealership on being hassle-free. We would prefer to not sell a car to an unhappy customer instead of selling a car to someone and have them be unhappy with the dealership or their purchase. If you have requested a refund for any product, the refund procedure should be in process. We never condone or accept yelling or disrespecting any customers. Customers are not easy to come by and we do our best to keep them satisfied customers for life. We do not use trap tactics. We are not here to trick anyone into buying a vehicle with a written and rehearsed script. We prefer to let the customer tell us what it will take to earn their business. Then we can either make that happen or part as friends. We truly hope that you continue to enjoy your Honda CR-V.

I am surprised, that I am getting first time response after posting on line.. Great.. Yes. I will enjoy my Honda CR-V. You do not need to worry about it. I just can not understand- why GM / Salesman/ Finance manager / or customer service can not start refund procedure on 09-18-11? Why no one responded? till I posted comments on line? Why I am asked not to come to dealership? Why after 15 weeks, I have yet to beg for my own money? Why no apology from Mr. Travis? What had he to do with me and John B agreeing on price? Why Carolyn tries to sell alarm- which is already installed? Why this upgrade sales after the paperwork is started? Why not before the paperwork started? You are definitely smarter dealer. You are prepared for all the situation because you deal and practice this each and everyday. We are stupid- come unprepared and with fully trusting the honesty and integrity of the dealership. Even, I am not given 2 sets of keys with remote. CS's response: "John B gave me two sets. It is He says, You says. We will believe John B and I can not do anything. I will have to pay- if I need second set.!!!" About the refund: Your CS just try to give me tel.number of Allison and asks me that I am on my own to follow up for my 1400.00. I am aware that you are giant entity and I am like a small ant. You can crush me and prove me dead wrong in any and all matters. so, be it. God bless you.
