David McDavid Lincoln in Frisco has a large selection of vehicles to look over. They did not have the exact vehicle I was looking for but I was able to drive a couple of Lincoln Nautilus trims to evaluate vehicles to look over. They did not have the exact vehicle I was looking for but I was able to drive a couple of Lincoln Nautilus trims to evaluate the hybrid as well the gas model. They did find a vehicle at another dealership to trade with that I put down a good faith estimate on. It was then traded to someone else or a different dealership before I could close the deal. Then they talked me into looking at another vehicle they had in their lot that wasn't exactly what I wanted, but I agreed to come look at it and was told my good faith deposit would hold it. It was also traded before I could get there to look at it, hence the 3 star review. I wanted this new vehicle experience to be a pleasant one since I was purchasing my first luxury vehicle, but the experience put me off on purchasing anything right now. Will try again in a couple of months. More

We drove a brand new Aviator, and explored its options, and this weekend they are doing employee pricing (if you are in the market, go over there before july 1 and make it happen!) And no, i do not have ties or affiliations to this company, I am merely an inventor and government contractor who spent 17 years in automotive and appreciates kind, human connection…and that is a rare thing these days, but not here. I am coming back to purchase, but before i even do that, i am sending my connections over to this dealership. Ask For susan, she has you covered. From New York to Texas, she’s a true business woman who knows what shes doing because shes had the courage to take a chance. And the GM, Derek Singhass? You would promise you’ve been buddies with him for years. Good job sir! I’ll see you all again real soon. More

Lincoln does not stand behind product. We have a 2019 Nautilus with 78,000 miles and it has a complete transmission failure. The estimate is 7K to fix.
