The four starts are more for James in sales since we did not end up purchasing a vehicle there. I will say that the wait was too long - no amount of free drinks and snacks can fix that, but James was professional yet friendly, and he was knowledgeable and took the time to show us many of the features on the pre-owned vehicle that we test drove. He also kept in touch with us over the next few days and let us know of other vehicles were available. Unfortunately they did not have what we were looking for in the time frame we had, and the finance people didn't seem to care if the sale was made, so we purchased elsewhere. We would still recommend James in Sales, but I'm not so sure about the rest.

Purchased vehicle new. Got home and later noticed there is a defect in the glass on the windshield right in the drivers line of sight. Shown to service dept. and told to bring back on scheduled date for replacement. Vehicle has been there for almost a week and now they say they cant replace it. I paid for a new vehicle free of defects. Thats not what I got and they dont stand behind their bumper to bumper warranty on defects. They said you need to talk to your salesman... like he can do something. If he is even still there. Not happy. Buyers beware. Thought buying a higher end vehicle would come with better service, Not here. Go look somewhere else if you want service after the sale. Sales man reviewed was not who I worked with but it makes you select him.
