I have driven Lincoln vehicles from Plano L/M for over 25 years. Service and responsiveness have steadily declined. When I take my vehicle for routine service visits I can expect to wait 4 to 5 hours. They claim they offer loaner vehicles but you have to reserve a month ahead of time. The quality of the vehicles has also declined with increased warranty issues yet when they relocated they reduced the size of their service department bays. They have minimal flexibility to assist customers because of conglomerate corporate guidelines. Service writers constantly trying to sell addition questionable services. Does not act like a “luxury brand” dealership. More
Came in interested in two vehicles, one new Aviator and one used GLA250. Sales rep did not explain a single feature of the Aviator I was interested in, and did not help at all at the used GLA350. I went by one used GLA250. Sales rep did not explain a single feature of the Aviator I was interested in, and did not help at all at the used GLA350. I went by myself to the location he indicated the GLA250 was (it was next door at Honda, and it was not there), I had to request the vehicle to come to Frisco for me too see it, again did not explain a single feature on the GLA250, he only made fun of the pink key fob. This was the most impersonal experience I have ever had while purchasing a car. I made an appointment to come in and that the paperwork would only take about 30 minutes. The sales manager and salesman h while purchasing a car. I made an appointment to come in and that the paperwork would only take about 30 minutes. The sales manager and salesman had us wait in a “lounge”area until it was time to sign paperwork. At that time I thought that you would sit with the finance person to go over everything. At this time, the paperwork was placed in front of me on a coffee table and was asked to sign here and there. This waiting and signing process took well over an hour and a half. Hardly any communication. Now, I keep getting asked for a review and feedback. I’m not impressed and the only recommendation I would give to friend and family would be to buy elsewhere. More
Worst experience from a repair shop ever. Akin to a fly by night scam artist. Came in for oil change and state inspection. After two visits I got my car back. On freeway home under car splash shield cam off at 70 mph almost crashed due to the calamity. Won’t be back!!!! Local repair shop got me back on the road no thanks to you. More
