This was the most impersonal experience I have ever had while purchasing a car. I made an appointment to come in and that the paperwork would only take about 30 minutes. The sales manager and salesman h while purchasing a car. I made an appointment to come in and that the paperwork would only take about 30 minutes. The sales manager and salesman had us wait in a “lounge”area until it was time to sign paperwork. At that time I thought that you would sit with the finance person to go over everything. At this time, the paperwork was placed in front of me on a coffee table and was asked to sign here and there. This waiting and signing process took well over an hour and a half. Hardly any communication. Now, I keep getting asked for a review and feedback. I’m not impressed and the only recommendation I would give to friend and family would be to buy elsewhere. More

Worst experience from a repair shop ever. Akin to a fly by night scam artist. Came in for oil change and state inspection. After two visits I got my car back.
