I purchased a brand new Lincoln Navigator Reserve from this dealership on March 21, 2026. The experience was nothing short of outstanding. First and foremost, what I appreciate about this dealership is that they don’t stick you with xx overpriced dealer add-ons that you have to try to negotiate away. That goes a long way with me as there are other lincoln dealers in the area that try to stick you with these add-ons, which offer all profit for the dealer and little to no benefit to the actual consumer. The salesman I worked with, John Carlsen, was very courteous and personable. He was very patient with me and answered all my questions I had regarding the vehicle and worked hard to get me to the price I wanted to pay. I did not feel pressured at all to make a decision, even though I ended up buying the vehicle that day. The finance guy, Brandan Galvan, was also a dream to work with. He presented with me all the extras that I could purchase, and there were a lot, but he straight up said they were optional and he made some recommendations, but ultimately left the decision up to me with no pressure. This was very refreshing from the typical high pressure sales tactics I’ve previously experienced from previous new car purchases. I had done some research prior and knew what I wanted and what I expected to pay. I explained this to him and he had no problem being very competitive in his pricing. There was a hiccup in some of the paperwork after the sale that took several days to resolve, but Brandon ultimately was able to get it taken care of remotely without having me come back in to the dealership. Overall, this was a five star purchasing experience and certainly a tenfold more pleasurable than my last new car purchase. I appreciate everyone I worked with at David McDavid Lincoln Frisco and highly recommend anyone to give them a try if you are in the market for a new vehicle. More

I love this place. Winnie Belfer and Jennifer Gonzalez did an amazing job finding me the needle in a hay stack for me. I’m still on cloud 9! It was the easiest buying process. I have ever had. My sales person Nancy Najjar was very nice and not a lot of high pressure. Picking up the car in a bay with a bow was a nice touch.
