I purchased a used vehicle at David McDavid and noticed a piece of drip molding came off a few days after purchase. I communicated my issue to Austin and Susanne (both sales consultants), and Pooyah the fina piece of drip molding came off a few days after purchase. I communicated my issue to Austin and Susanne (both sales consultants), and Pooyah the finance consultant. When I did manage to reach someone after multiple attempts, I was met with classic used car salesman one-liners like “we’ll see what we can do” and “I’ll bring it up to my manager.” I never received a straight answer regarding the disposition of the reported damage. I contacted their manager “Tony” (no last name provided) via their website …you guessed it, NO answer!! I was under the impression that Lincoln represented an excellence of reputation in service and customer service. I was clearly wrong. I’m sure David McDavid Frisco is not a representation of Lincoln as a whole, but worthy of note is that this team is in serious need of customer relations training. I am extremely let down by this Lincoln experience and unfortunately can not recommend this dealership to my friends/family. More
Purchased a new 2023 Aviator Reserve. This is my second Aviator. I love the Aviator; Beautiful, Luxurious vehicle. Susan was fabulous to work with. She was professional, knowledgeable This is my second Aviator. I love the Aviator; Beautiful, Luxurious vehicle. Susan was fabulous to work with. She was professional, knowledgeable, and a super nice person. Not pushy! She knew exactly what I was looking for and had a new one in inventory. During the buying process, she was very thorough, and gave every attention to the details. Susan had the new vehicle all cleaned up and made sure it had a full tank of gas. She even had the service department clean my rubber tech mats from 2021 Aviator and place them in the 2023. Little things like this means a lot to me! Tony, the sales manager was wonderful to work with, also. For three years, I have used this dealership to service my 2021 Aviator: with no issues, and I am very pleased with their service. I highly recommend this dealership, and Susan!!!!!! I love my new 2023 Aviator Reserve! More

Richard in the service department is not customer service for the customer. I gave had a recall on my car for over a year. Richard said the part was in and it would take 2 days to fix. I only have one car for the customer. I gave had a recall on my car for over a year. Richard said the part was in and it would take 2 days to fix. I only have one car and I’m a widow couldn’t do without a car for two days. Bob Utter Lincoln in Denison can complete service within hours. They have my business from now on. This isn’t the first time Richard and I have had disputes over his customer service. More
