I shopped several Lincoln dealerships before purchasing my 2016 Lincoln MKX. The sole reason I chose David McDavid Lincoln was Susan Najjar. She was then, as she is now, a sincere person giving facts and n my 2016 Lincoln MKX. The sole reason I chose David McDavid Lincoln was Susan Najjar. She was then, as she is now, a sincere person giving facts and not out to con a customer. She was/is a caring individual and determined to match a car with my desires. PLUS she does walk throughs of the service area and has visited with me on many occasions. This speaks to her genuine character of taking an interest in her customer after the sale! She is Number 1 with me and I will buy my next car from her! More

My husband and I spoke to Romeo when we were just looking at cars. We went to many dealerships while looking and Romeo stood out among them all. He knows his inventory and vehicles and David McDavid has great prices. We returned later when we were ready to purchase, driving 45 minutes to work with Romeo, and had a great experience with the purchase side of it. I completely recommend Romeo when you’re just looking and when you’re ready to purchase. He stands out among the rest. More

Dealer repaired a slight interior defect without being an issue. The closing process was very efficient from a paperwork and timing standpoint. Great & Easy Experience After a not so easy deal that fell through with another high end brand, I found the vehicle I originally wanted online. I called the dealership and s After a not so easy deal that fell through with another high end brand, I found the vehicle I originally wanted online. I called the dealership and spoke to Romeo. He checked the availability of the car and we closed the deal over the phone with the agreement that he would deliver the vehicle the following evening. As promised he delivered the new car and I signed the paperwork. It doesn't get an easier than that. The experience with both Romeo and Plano Lincoln were awesome. I would definitely recommend them both to anyone looking for a new Lincoln!!! More
