Susan was great, everyone was super nice. The 4hour 30 minute buying process was painful and the F&I process was certainly a throwback to 2004. I got to experience the sound of a dot matrix printer for the first time in 15 years. My last 2 cars were bought at a Lexus dealer in 2010 and 2015 and the 30 minute and electronic signature F&I process certainly was a luxury experience. The Lincoln is a fantastic car. It was worth the wait, but I hope they learn how to sell this kind of luxury better in the future. More
