Mr Henry Ford was AMAZING from the very beginning he was kind enough to locate the vehicle and put his hands on the vehicle so we didn’t drive 40 minutes each way I’m vain. Henry was the most knowledgeable and helpful Lincoln Advisor I’ve ever encountered and took the time to share his extensive knowledge and helpful tips of the vehicle, and we’ve purchased several Lincolns and Fords previously and never received this level of exemplary service. He allowed us to test drive the vehicle by ourselves and was not a high pressure Advisor whatsoever. The finance side of the process was great too in working with Mr Eddy Louis and they even beat our credit union’s competitive rate, and when we encountered issues in making our down payment due to a limit on the account they trusted us to bring them a check the next business day without hesitation. This was my daughter’s first car purchase and David McDavid Lincoln exceeded our expectations and WOWED us, and we will definitely be back.
