Top notch, no pressure! Found a 2016 Lincoln MKZ on the internet, contacted Romeo at David McDavid Plano to schedule a test drive the next day. Romeo followed up with me and upon my arrival had the car ready to be taken out. Romeo was very nice, professional and answered all my questions regarding the car. As I always wait 24 hours before a purchase, Romeo arranged for me to take the car home for the evening. The following day Romeo had coordinated with the Finance and Service departments to have all the paperwork ready and the car detailed as well. The whole process took less than an hour. Our family has owned many vehicles over the years and this was by far the best vehicle purchase experience ever! Romeo (sales), AJ (finance) and Russ (service) all represented themselves and their departments with integrity, professionalism, top notch service and no pressure behavior.
