McDavid Lincoln is a very nice facility with very helpful staff. We showed up late on a Saturday evening, near closing time with the intent to look at Lincoln Navigators. On December 22, 2025 I bought a new Lincoln Nautilis. It was missing the three scents that come with the car the salesman said he would mail them to me along with two keychains because the parts area was It was missing the three scents that come with the car the salesman said he would mail them to me along with two keychains because the parts area was closed at the time. I contacted him on 3 January 2026 telling him I had not received anything. He told me that he would talk to the parts department and find out why I have not received them. I've never heard back from him today 16th of January 2026 still no package. I called the dealership yesterday asked to speak to his manager left a message for him to call me back still no response.
