Leasing at David McDavid Lincoln We have leased about 10 cars (or more) from David McDavid over the years. We continually return because they are so easy to deal with. Our salesman We have leased about 10 cars (or more) from David McDavid over the years. We continually return because they are so easy to deal with. Our salesman is very accommodating and assures we get the exact car and equipment we want. We have used David Wallace for all of our purchases (leases). He makes sure the process is easy and the transaction is completed in minimal time. We lease because it forces us to get a new car about every three years. More
Purchaser from Louisiana. Due to the high volume of vehicles and choices in the Dallas area I have always wanted to try to purchase a vehicle in Texas but have always hesitated Due to the high volume of vehicles and choices in the Dallas area I have always wanted to try to purchase a vehicle in Texas but have always hesitated because I felt that taxes and registration would be a Hassel. Here, it was the exact same as the purchases I have made in state, they handled everything. Found what I wanted on the Internet, sent pictures of my vehicle and we worked a deal on the phone. Got approved on line. Drove over signed the papers and drove it back. Great job David McDavid and Susan Najjar. More
Kansas Racehorse We drove 375 miles to buy from John Woodard at McDavid's because they gave a much better deal than we could get anywhere else within that distance. We We drove 375 miles to buy from John Woodard at McDavid's because they gave a much better deal than we could get anywhere else within that distance. We always like to buy locally but there was just too much difference in price. Once we got to the dealership, everything was just as promised right down to the pin-striping (that they painted on). I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new Lincoln. Facility is super clean and makes any short wait enjoyable. These guys want to sell vehicles. They must make their profit on volume sales. It sure wasn't by selling us our new MKC for what they did. If you're shopping for a new Lincoln, McDavid's is the place you need to go! More

Beware of the Finance Manager Sales guys was OK, Price was good, buying experience would have been great if I did not have to deal with the finance manager.Unfortunately the financ Sales guys was OK, Price was good, buying experience would have been great if I did not have to deal with the finance manager.Unfortunately the finance manager proved to me to be someone you cannot trust. Everything and anything that he told me turned out to be false. Lie # 1. You cannot buy extended warranty later... false statement. You can and Lincoln can sell you one at 0% APR later Lie # 2. Extended warranty covers more than what is in the factory warranty. Lincoln warranty folks told me that actually extended warranty has little bit less coverage for defects for certain things (like carpet, seat material etc.) Lie # 3. You can cancel anytime and it will not be any hassle for you. I cancelled it the next morning (I have proof of that), and guess what, it is still showing up in my bill, I was told it will be taken out of my first bill. Another issue, left 2 messages for the finance manager , still have not heard from the finance manager (great customer service, right!). That is the reason for the bad review. I like to give people chances but when they think that answering a customer's phone call is a waste of time then I guess I have the right to share that with the world. It is just aggravating to deal with people like that, overall the folks are not bad but just one person's poor professional behavior turned me off from the dealership, never had that issue at Lexus dealership More
Surprisingly Out Dated Policies leads to poor experience I traded my 2013 Toyota Rav4 towards the purchase of a Toyota Matrix on 4/30/14 at David McDavid Lincoln in Plano. Due to the amount of positive equi I traded my 2013 Toyota Rav4 towards the purchase of a Toyota Matrix on 4/30/14 at David McDavid Lincoln in Plano. Due to the amount of positive equity in my Rav, the trade resulted in David McDavid owing me $1200 in an equity payout. After many unreturned phone calls this week to inquire about the status of my refund, I could only get noticed by completing an online information request. This all came to a head yesterday 5/15. The request was routed to the Director of Finance who responds multiple times to my questions for specific information with generic answers and by hiding behind their "policy". Their "policy" is not to cut the consumer a check until the paper title is in their possession. (Baffling to me since the car is for sale on their lot at this very moment. I already did my homework to find out from Toyota that the account was paid off on 5/6, lean release sent to the state of Texas on 5/7 and confirmed back from the state on 5/12, all done electronically. But now, I'm told, I must wait another 15-30 days for the paper title to make it into their hands. We change vehicles practically every 18 months, this is not the first time I've traded in or outright sold a vehicle to a dealership. (This is my first encounter with THIS dealership.) In every previous instance the dealer had my equity checks ready for pickup within 2 weeks, max. I suppose Toyota has "policies" in place that are more 2014, versus 1980. Disappointing. Next time - despite this dealership having exactly what I was hunting - I will either wait or pay more elsewhere. In the meantime, I hope they are enjoying the interest they are making off my money.
