I took my car in Thursday morning at 8 for a 2pm oil change. I had a road trip Friday and expressed I was bringing it early so that they had plenty of time to work it in but really needed back as soon change. Sam was super responsive and made notes on my invoice for the needs for the vehicle. By 3pm I started calling and left several messages. By 4pm I got no response so I left work early to find out if my vehicle was ready. 3 guys standing around talking. Noone know anything. Blamed Sam - as she left early before lunch for an emergency. I expressed what were they doing to help her as I look and her desk was just pilled with invoices. I asked if ANYONE was going to even going to call me as they were closing soon. My vehicle was ready but they were not concerned NOR could they actually answer me as responsible adults. They all just looked away as I complained. Her note was clearly on the invoice, but they clearly were not going to help or or any of those customers. More
