We are centrally located North of Fort Walton Beach and Destin, East of Pensacola and Milton, just a few miles south Florala and Andalusia, Alabama, and just West of Defuniak Springs, Dothan, and Panama City. Took my David Scott GMC in to fix seat warmer issue. It took two days to tell me they could not fix the problem, problem remains unresolved. Graham Nelson couldn't be bothered verify that a part that hadn't come in was actually ordered while I was at the dealership. He said he would call and let me know but never did. My truck has been in for that hadn't come in was actually ordered while I was at the dealership. He said he would call and let me know but never did. My truck has been in for same issue several times but instead of trouble shooting they "update the ECM" and erase the code. Makes me wonder if they are pushing off the problem until warranty expires. Looking for a vehicle at David Scott Lee Buick went smoothly. Emir was very helpful finding me the kind of vehicle I was looking for with the features I was looking for and paid attention very much to smoothly.
