We are centrally located North of Fort Walton Beach and Destin, East of Pensacola and Milton, just a few miles south Florala and Andalusia, Alabama, and just West of Defuniak Springs, Dothan, and Panama City. Everything was great except for last minute communications. Lecreasha, sent me a text the morning of the appointment to confirm, however, I missed the text and when I did answer, she told me I communications. I was very upset as it took me several weeks to get this appointment. I received a email confirmation the day before reminding me of the appointment and asked if I needed to change it I could do so - no response meant I was good to keep the appointment. If a text or verbal confirmation is needed, I highly recommend it is done the day prior. She did call me back and I was able to at least keep the same day. More

Well let me start off with the service center is very clean and the staff is pretty friendly. But I get a little frustrated that every time I go to get my oil change they try and tell me alignments recom clean and the staff is pretty friendly. But I get a little frustrated that every time I go to get my oil change they try and tell me alignments recommended, something you need to do…….. Well this last time I had an issue with my vehicle along with my normal service and I had the issue worked. Get the truck back and it’s working as it should for all of 10 min, I get home and it’s after closing. So I call the next day and ask for service and explain to the lady on the phone what the deal was and that I was using graham yesterday she said let me get him for you, she comes back says he’s busy takes my name and number, here we are 2 weeks later multiple calls and not even a call back and my truck having more issue now than it did when I brought it in and I can’t get the service dept to return a call! More
