David Scott Lee Buick GMC is now operated by 4th generation family member David Scott Lee, Jr. We look forward to continuing to serve the Crestview and surrounding areas with respect and honesty.
We are centrally located North of Fort Walton Beach and Destin, East of Pensacola and Milton, just a few miles south Florala and Andalusia, Alabama, and just West of Defuniak Springs, Dothan, and Panama City. Oil change took in excess of 1. 5 hours to complete. They did a quick wash also on vehicle and wiped it off with a dirt rag or just missed a lot of area. Absolute best car buying experience! This dealership went above and beyond. I worked mostly with Clark (sales) and Jennifer (fiance) but every other person there seemed to be hands on an This dealership went above and beyond. I worked mostly with Clark (sales) and Jennifer (fiance) but every other person there seemed to be hands on and ready to help. From holding open the doors everytime, being willing to find a phone charger, accepting and holding my Doordash order while I test drove the car, MOVING 10 BAGS of landscaping rock from my trade to my new car (and packaging it so well so it didn't make a mess), installing my child's car seat, and MORE! Never have I experienced such phenomenal customer service. The dealership had such great inventory, never had I seen or considered a Lincoln Navigator but WOW am I am so thankful there was one there for me to view. And now I get to call it mine. 😍 Clark was so patient as I had them work numbers up a couple times on different vehicles and get keys to show me multiple cars. When I stepped into Jennifer's office she had fun, contagious energy and was very helpful in the paperwork process. Clark+Jennifer=Dream Team. In short, stop here 1st. You won't need to waste your time anywhere else. Are also, don't let any other dealership tell you everyone is charging a $10,000 "market adjustment " on large vehicles. Happy buying!
