We are centrally located North of Fort Walton Beach and Destin, East of Pensacola and Milton, just a few miles south Florala and Andalusia, Alabama, and just West of Defuniak Springs, Dothan, and Panama City. I don't think they cleaned it , I had to clean a sticky something out of the glove compartment (that the friend with me told Troy about). also when I lifted the floor mats, the car had not been vacuumed an something out of the glove compartment (that the friend with me told Troy about). also when I lifted the floor mats, the car had not been vacuumed and I really don't think it got washed, I cleaned green mold off the inside of the side mirrors. Your detail dept. needs to be checked behind. Now I wonder if the filters were changed. The big issue is the strong odor that to me smelled like cigarettes, my friend said it was chemical. I would like to know if the previous owner was a smoker, just for knowing sake. I picked the car up Tuesday and drove it Wednesday and Wednesday night started getting sour throat, couldn't sleep and Thursday couldn't talk. This morning, the pain is gone but still can't talk. I have cleaned the seats with Thieves cleaner and baking soda on floor mats and hoping that will get rid of the strong odor, I have bad sinus issues. Looking back, I wonder if everyone was putting on a front just to make a sale because if this is the way family is treated...... I shouldn't have mentioned that I had just lost my husband, looking back I feel like they took advantage of my insecurity. Well that is all I have found till now and pray I find nothing else. *** I sent this in an email to Jenna and she said that she would pass it on but I have a feeling that didn't happen. More
