Went in for routine service, I had an appointment but it took 3 hours to complete an oil change and tire rotation. The service advisor was incredibly rude and unfriendly and acted like I was a bothering him took 3 hours to complete an oil change and tire rotation. Problem was fully identified and elavetd to GMC to make them aware of reprogramming the compputer in the truck. No engine light has reoccured. Sales associate was very great and knowledgeable about the vehicle we purchased. The finance manager not so great. He wad a typical slimy car salesman. Claimed "he got us a good rate and wasn't trying to the vehicle we purchased. The finance manager not so great. He wad a typical slimy car salesman. We had 800 credit score and 100k a year income and he got us a 6% rate and added so much other stuff into the loan we are now 25k upside down in a certified pre-owned vehicle. We were from out if state as well and the dealer failed to notify us that they did not send off our title and registration paperwork until 35 days after purchase. I would steer clear of the dealer unless you like paying well over what a car is worth More
