We are centrally located North of Fort Walton Beach and Destin, East of Pensacola and Milton, just a few miles south Florala and Andalusia, Alabama, and just West of Defuniak Springs, Dothan, and Panama City. I recently brought my truck to David Scott Lee Buick GMC for a routine oil change and tire service appointment. The visit took close to three hours for basic maintenance, which was unexpected. While I understand that service departments can get busy, what was most disappointing was the lack of communication. There were no updates during the wait, and when the service was completed, there was no explanation or apology for the delay. Customer experience is just as important as the mechanical work being performed. Respecting customers’ time and providing simple communication goes a long way. More
