I dropped my vehicle off the night before my 8 am appointment to get an oil change. I was contacted twice about the progress of the oil change; my vehicle was not ready for pickup until after 2 pm. appointment to get an oil change. These people were amazing. I was traveling in my RV and pulled off the interstate at the Crestview exit and all of the sudden my brakes went out. I was panicking and decided t I was traveling in my RV and pulled off the interstate at the Crestview exit and all of the sudden my brakes went out. I was panicking and decided to pull into the dealership. All the employees were fantastic. Brandon figured out it was a brake line that leaked all the fluid out. They all worked together to get a new line, let me stay in my RV in their lot overnight and Mike fixed it right away in the morning. Everyone was very accommodating and asked how to make me more comfortable. The men and women in this establishment were so great to me when I basically just showed up on their doorstep. Thank you all!! More
