I found the Jeep I wanted on the Internet. I was very pleased with the phone calls I received from my email inquiry from a sales associate Julie Baier. She was quick and eager to help get all my questions answered. She was very honest and very kind. I told her I was coming, to look and she was ready and had everything in order. I had something missing from the car and she was happy to take care of the missing item as was the service dept. and customer service. Julie was a breath of fresh air and made the purchase much more pleasant than past experiences. So far, I am really happy with the dealership and service. I would use Julie again in a heart beat and highly reccomend her. The management was so, so and a bit typical. The manager I saw briefly was a bit arrogant and shady, but I was glad my dealings with him were brief. So, in a nutshell I give my sales associate Julie Baier a 10 out of 10! I appreciate honest people that you don't feel like are trying to screw you over for any extra buck they can get. It makes for a more pleasant experience and one that I would come back for on my next car purchase. Accounting/paperwork was quick, but not the friendliest guy. I guess that doesn't matter. I have never been put at ease while buying a car like I was with Dustin. This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. He kept me advised of what was going on and exactly what he was doing the w was with Dustin. This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. My wife and I called the dealerships Saturday 9/22/12. I talked to Stephen Reynolds, he assured me the jeep I was interested in was still available(I gave him the stock number and everything). My wife and I drove 3 hours to go buy it (Stephen knew this). They said they had sold it 2 hours before we got there. (might I add, Stephen called me 2 hours before we arrived and failed to mention that the reason we were driving 3 hours just sold)The finance manager tried to talk us into a more expensive vehicle and was extremely arrogant and rude when we declined. We were treated very poorly and lied to. All this to say, I will never again visit a David Stanley dealership. More

I went in to start looking for a new truck. First my parents and I showed up. They addressed my dad. Then he directed them to me. They asked me what I was looking for. Took me out to the lot. I looked at a few trucks but not once did they offer to open one that might fill my needs. Then they got another sales person and took me to another lot, again did not open a vehicle. Mind you I am not picky on color, and I didn't require anything too fancy. I wanted a four door dodge with towing capacity. 5.7 liter/hemi. I was asking about the radio advertised incentives, was told that there would only be a minimal amount taken off. Asked me what I wanted for my trade. Still no answer on what a vehicle would cost me. No test drive, and no opening a vehicle to let me see inside one. I was waiting on my credit union for financing. However, I went back to a dealer that I had business with before, not only did they talk to me about differences, they opened them up, let me take a test drive, ok then I was all in. They even helped me go through other financing for the best deal for me. Yes I bought from the other dealer the same day. Upon leaving David Stanley they asked for my information, I wouldn't give it I knew I wouldn't be back. Look, I am a single woman, who has horses to pull, and wanted more seating capacity than what I already had and I was the buyer, I was willing to give them a chance to sell me. But when I didn't have the opportunity to not only open a door and sit in one much less test drive one. Or give me even an idea of numbers I was looking at why should I buy from them. More
