Mr Rutledge helped me and my wife on this last visit after already being in one time for the same noise however was unable to figure it out at the time. My name is Charles Mcdade and I came into your dealership having a problem with my Power Sliding Door on my Drivers side would be open at any given time. When bringing it in the Service Advisor noticed my r having a problem with my Power Sliding Door on my Drivers side would be open at any given time. When bringing it in the Service Advisor noticed my remote didn't seem to have the "open/close" buttons. After dropping the vehicle off got a phone call within 30 minutes of dropping it off confirming his thoughts it may need a remote after finding a code in the system for a failure with it. Well so far so good and no reoccuring problem at this time. More
