They were dishonest in there dealings with me. I was told one thing and when came down to signing paperwork it was completely different. I don't think I've ever known a business to be so inept and blatantly criminal. I bought a car in January, They couldn't bother to read the pre-approval documentation provided upon arrival, they made up nu and blatantly criminal. I bought a car in January, They couldn't bother to read the pre-approval documentation provided upon arrival, they made up numbers as they went along to make their bottom line bigger. Finally talked them down to documentation, but they made false claims regarding finance vendors. tried to drive it home, cooling system blew due to prior wreck damage (unreported by them), left me stranded on side of road overnight, next day they towed to fix, fixed only that problem, did not even look over any other parts of car. Horribly broken!! Finally in March (last week) Ron Lopez returned multiple calls to say he'd make things right. Kept car 3 days, I guess "Right' means something different to them. They are now trying to document the wreckage as mine! They should have had their service department at least do a once-over before selling off their lot, and should NEVER sell a deathtrap to ANY customer. This is Fraud, even if it's difficult to prove!!! They live down to the Used Car rep. This is not how anyone should provide customer service! Scammers at their finest! 100% WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. More
