no communication for 10 DAYS - took the car back because I couldn't get any answer upon inquiry. Called twice "she'll call you right back to let you know what we've found" NO CALL. Had to physically go up t I couldn't get any answer upon inquiry. Called twice "she'll call you right back to let you know what we've found" NO CALL. Had to physically go up to the service department on DAY10, and they hadn't even looked at the vehicle yet. Took it to a local mechanic and had a diagnosis in less than an hour. More
