They both made sure I was happy with the experience and purchase of my used vehicle. In the finance office, I worked with Steven who made sure I got the best interest rate possible and made all the information easy to understand as this was only my second time ever purchasing a vehicle. We are very happy with the after sale process even more than the Purchase. We had a problem with an injector failing the very day after purchase and were told by outside voices that you guys would tell us than the Purchase. We had a problem with an injector failing the very day after purchase and were told by outside voices that you guys would tell us it’s our problem and leave us stranded so I call Kory and let him know the issue. Kory put me/us at ease and asked us to bring the vehicle to him Monday morning so we did. He checked our vehicle into service and brought us a loaner with a 3rd row to accommodate our big family and we were back on the road 30 minutes later. This morning Service called us to say the vehicle was repaired and we picked it up. I really feel like Kory made sure we weren’t left in the COLD, such a relief. More

Not very professional. Found a 2018 Chevrolet Silverado on the website. The sight only had a file GM photo and no actual photos of the vehicle. I said I would like to see some photos of the actual vehicle. She them emailed me again saying she now needs the stock number of the vehicle. I decided then this dealership is nothing but a waste of my time. To bad it had to end like this! Most likely the vehicle wasn’t even at this dealership. Ended up purchasing a Chevrolet from a salesman at a different dealership that send me out photos of the vehicle I was interested in the same day. Would not recommend this dealership! More
