Bought a truck Friday night, noticed the back bumper loose took it back Monday after work, they told me they was going to charge me to tighten it up, it’s a 2019 , it should have never been loose in the loose took it back Monday after work, they told me they was going to charge me to tighten it up, it’s a 2019 , it should have never been loose in the first place when it was setting out in the sell lot, on top of it not being very clean, it was out of fuel and Def, also. So we started loosing power on our way into Oklahoma City until we could not drive faster than 50mph. We were on work travel and on a tight deadline so this was an in convenience. Bob White and his folks in until we could not drive faster than 50mph. We were on work travel and on a tight deadline so this was an in convenience. Worked my truck in as an emergency but when I got it back I found 2 pieces of cat crap in my truck. I have grease spots on my dash and windshield from an animal sleeping or resting. I have had my carpets cle I found 2 pieces of cat crap in my truck. I have grease spots on my dash and windshield from an animal sleeping or resting. I have had my carpets cleaned 2 times and it still smells like cat xxxx. When I first checked my truck in the lady assisting me pretty much called me a liar to my face. After she entered my information into the computer she had to apologize because one of your service technician says already entered my vehicle into the system. I appreciate the service manager working my vehicle in as an emergency but I do not see myself bringing my truck back here at to be serviced here. More

I love my 2017 David Stanley Chevrolet Impala. It's by far th best car I've ever owned. They have treated me VERY well every time I've been there.
