Several miscellaneous quirks I was completely pleased and very satisfied with the service I received. I had a list of about 10 things i wanted fixed on my truck. Everything from cosmetics to concerns close to the fuel tank. They took all my concerns seriously and completed all of them under warranty. I was very pleased even with the shuttle service. Conartists My son bought a car yesterday and there were problems before the end of the day!!! The most basic is the condition of the car. MOST dealerships will clean the car, fill it with gas, and do things that demonstrate common courtesy. Apparently that is in short supply at this dealership. That should have been a red flag, but when my son told him that the key fob wasn't working, Jason decided that he couldn't get off his xxx to get a battery. After MY son replaced the battery he found out it wasn't programmed to the car. Their solution...go pay for a Hyundai dealer to fix it for you. REALLY?!?!?!? Go get it fixed yourself!!!! They want him to pay a different dealership over $100 to fix the problem. He JUST bought the car. DO NOT buy a car from this dealership!!! Also, if you do try to return it they'll just laugh with a "YOUR A SUCKER" attitude. That's what they think of their customers!!! Also, Jason was too afraid to give his last name. Trying to hide poor service!!! More

Initially, the two salesman I “dealt with” were extremely rude and obnoxious. One even went as far as putting his fingers to his head, like a gun, and pretending to blow his own brains out.
