* We bought a 2019 Truck “Monte Minor” was the salesperson & promised a second key. He did not have one there and he mailed one to our home address. The issues is the key was used & programed to a salesperson & promised a second key. He did not have one there and he mailed one to our home address. The issues is the key was used & programed to a different truck & the key to the door was cut for a different truck. You can Not reprogram these keys. So I had to buy a new key that cost me $301.82. Monte Minor refused to return my phone calls. I spoke “With the so called manger” and he was very disrespectful and rude, refusing to handle this in a professional adult manner. The manger hung up on me when I asked for a refund since this was the agreement upon our purchase. Monte Minor should feel ashamed of himself for not being honest and holding up to his word. We will Not be buying from this dealership again. More
