Dumb and Dumber I was lied to every time I was there. My car was given to me dirty and without oil. It is amazing I didn't blown the gasket on my way home. Over All Experience I went into the preowned section and the actual salesmen Monte was great but the experience I have had after him is just so unbelievably horrible and I went into the preowned section and the actual salesmen Monte was great but the experience I have had after him is just so unbelievably horrible and has left a very bad taste in my mouth with buying a car and dealing with the finance area. So when I got there Monti went above and beyond to help me get this 2019 Elantra, He then took me over to the finance area where Steven Leon helped me initially he was great friendly and informative. We got everything done except the co-Signer needed come in and sign but they gave me the keys and I drove off the lot I brought my co-signer in a few days later to the finance department we waited for almost an hour and a half did not see anyone nor did anyone walking through seeing if we needed help. I have had this car since April 14th with little to no to a response from Steven Leon. the second week we came up there because they finally answered the phone. When we arrived they told me I needed a new co-signer, which I had the next day but it was Sunday and they were closed so that following Monday I texted all the information to him it is now week 3 of having this car my co-signer is out of state we were told just a day ago he needed to come in which I told them before he would be out of state we are still waiting for a response the tags are due on the 14th of this month and I am very disappointed in how they are handling me, I feel they will not refund my down payment as they stated they would back out of the deal if I had no co-signer, Then somewhere in the midst of all of this an Investigator got involved named Phil who stated no one has been able to contact me so I had to send him the screenshots of my convos from just a day and a half before he contacted my daughter (the one who could not co-sign), so now I am sitting here with a car that will need to be returned and prob will not get my downpayment back , i am very upset about the situation as I felt the refinance program would of helped me.I have a few friends looking for a car but i will recommend along with anyone else to go else where. More
