Fast, Friendly, and really knowledgeable. My loaner vehicle was a 2020 Traverse LT. It had similar miles and features as my 2020 Equinox! I inquired about a vehicle online that I really wanted. John Arnold sent new pictures and a short video of the vehicle before I came in. I did the application online as well.
