Horrid, Inept, incompetent dealt with internet dept which seemed knowledgeable, had a small used vehicle picked out, thought it was a simple visit, signatures, and done. showed dealt with internet dept which seemed knowledgeable, had a small used vehicle picked out, thought it was a simple visit, signatures, and done. showed up, got thrown to the shark pit of used sales vultures (knowledge, courtesy, dress code, manners, all insultingly low) got 'upsold' after signing and running credit, prices, etc to a vehicle at the body shop i didn't want... didn't even show me alternate vehicles in the brand/style i was looking for on the lot. then the finance dept sat us down for another wait, another signing round, another wait... ended up spending ALL day there, only to leave to arrive home to a list of demands and things the finance and sales dept FORGOT! they didn't even know what was on the vehicle they sold me. 10 min argument over whether it had heated seats or not... 5 different times paperwork was mailed (old school Post Office, no fax, e-mail, courier) and 5 different times it wasn't accepted due to THEIR mistakes.... they then instructed us to do something illegal and immoral with the paperwork, and we returned the vehicle after threatening to get the AG involved.... NEVER EVER EVER deal with them again... have wrote Chevrolet and government BBB about their practices..... More

They're quick to sell you a vehicle that has a ton of issues, but then they completely blow you off the second you sign the contract. I've had my car for 1 week. During that time, I've had to take it to issues, but then they completely blow you off the second you sign the contract. I've had my car for 1 week. During that time, I've had to take it to the Dodge dealership TWICE! They were also supposed to have someone fix the leaking windshield. Nope. I can't even get a call back. Do NOT purchase from here. It was a HUGE mistake on my part. The customer service is atrocious. Randi was the only pleasant one that I dealt with. More
