They went FAR BEYOND my expectations I came in to the dealership with no reason to believe I would be approved for even a used vehicle due to the situation I am currently in. After I explained everything to them, and the reason why I wasn't trading in the vehicle I did have at the time, they made sure I was able to drive out of there with a reliable car. Now I no longer have to worry about my vehicle being repossessed due to a nasty divorce, and I don't have to worry about my son not being in a safe vehicle. 100% I am a customer for life with this dealership now with how they treated me, listened to me, and allowed me to cry on their shoulders with no judgement. Friendly and courteous service I went in thinking I needed a tune up, turns out I need my fuel injectors cleaned. control arm replacement (recalled) on 10/22/2019 i had to take my vehicle in to get an inspection to see if my cat needed the recalled part and it did. the worker called me and let me on 10/22/2019 i had to take my vehicle in to get an inspection to see if my cat needed the recalled part and it did. the worker called me and let me know it needed it and also called the rental place and got the rental taken care of for me so all i had to do was pick the rental up, while my car was there they did an inspection on my whole car and let me know of any maintenance that my car needed and also offered a finance place that would help pay for any services needed. over all it was a good experience and everyone there was professional.
