Oil change I made an appointment after hours online for Monday at 8:15. They emailed me Monday morning saying that slot was full and asking me if 9:00 was ok. I I made an appointment after hours online for Monday at 8:15. They emailed me Monday morning saying that slot was full and asking me if 9:00 was ok. I emailed back and said yes. I couldn’t call because I was at work and couldn’t get to a phone at that moment. When I get there at 9:00 they told me that I didn’t have an appointment and the earliest time was at 12:00. I showed him the email and the emailed that I had replied back but they never put me on the schedule. I had a lot of things to do that day and I told them I’m not coming back. The advisor said since I’m there he will see what he can do, but I might have to wait anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour longer than normal since they didn’t schedule it after I emailed them back. I said that’s fine I’ll just said. He came back about 30-35 minutes later and said I got you in and your good to go. Thanks for the fast oil change and being able to work me in and not have me up there for a long time waiting. More

Unpleasant After dealing with the sales people not yet test driving the vehicle. I was rushed to finace where I put 6k down then left with the vehicle. On my way home I stepped on accelerate the vehicle made a funny noise and lack of power. This all was on late Friday evening. after returning home I got up took the truck to a mechanic that works on my semi he pulled up 3 codes but check engine light was not on. I called David Stanley up told them they said bring it in so Monday I return to Oklahoma city witch is 156 mile drive one way. The sales people come out look take for drive and say there is no light on in dash I told them have a tech look so they had 2 tech and salesman drive when they returned the techs get out I asked whet did find they said fuel problem as I already had a picture of code they pulled out same thing keep in mind this is a Diesel engine. So they say leave it here. And no lowner or rent vehicle I go back to work 600 miles away and after a week plus I text the salesman he said the truck is still on the lift. So I call service manager and he said that it was out side and they are not going to fix it I asked why he said 1700 dollars I said then I don't want truck and would like a refund on my 6k down. After multiple conversations with manager and salesman tech they come out and said you sign contracts it is yours not are problems. At this time I've been without the vehicle had to rent one and 6k down. And gave to put another 1700 in the truck to fix it. mad is not the word. In the past I bought many cars from Ferguson in normand never had a problem going to pick up this peace of work from David Stanley take streight to Ferguson and trade off. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM DAVID STANLEY IN OKC More
