Terrible. I bought a 2011 Mini Cooper in May and the week after I got it, it was messed up. I took it back up to the dealership and they had it for about a week I bought a 2011 Mini Cooper in May and the week after I got it, it was messed up. I took it back up to the dealership and they had it for about a week. When I went to pick it up the engine light came right back on as soon as I drove out of the lot. I took it back and they had it for about 2 more weeks. Then I got it back again and the day after I got it, guess what, the engine light came back in again, shocking right? And then I called them and they said they won’t be able to do anything for 3 more weeks because that’s when they got the loaner. Okay that was fine. But then they called me back and said that we might not be able to get the loaner because there was some damage to the interior or the other one. They never told us anything about that. They said they would get back to us and see if it’s a for sure thing or not. They never called back. Then the day of the appointment comes and I get up at 6 am to head up there and they tell me they don’t have an appointment or anything at all For me. I was disappointed but not surprised. Then They took the car for about 4 hours while we sat there and wondered what was happening. I also had work at 10 and I had to call in because I thought this gonna be a 30 minute visit but it turned into a 4 hour visit. My boss was super mad. And I still haven’t gained his trust back. They tried to get me into a new car but then said they can’t do anything unless I pay a 400 dollar car payment. I’m a broke college student I cannot afford 400 dollars a month. So I said never mind and we left with the loaner. The next day they said that we needed to bring the loaner back up because there is nothing they can do to fix my Mini Cooper and that they’re not going to pay for anything. They sold me a messed up car and are refusing to help me out with it. In summary, I hate my life and David Stanley. All I want is to give this car back. I don’t want to make anymore payments. I don’t want a new car. I just want nothing to do with them anymore. More

Too long to do one fix Made an appointment for 7:00 in the morning on Tuesday to have my vehicle looked at. Took over 8 hours until they were able to look at it. Why someone Made an appointment for 7:00 in the morning on Tuesday to have my vehicle looked at. Took over 8 hours until they were able to look at it. Why someone should wait when they have an appointment is something I do not understand. It then took over two days for them to figure it out, which is ok for the most part. The problem was with a strut. They then told me that have to order it, but since this is a Chevy car, why did they have to order a Chevy part, when it was fixed at a Chevy dealership. So on Friday around 5 was when I was finally able to pick up my car. I don't know why it took so long. More
