Lied to me one too many times. They lied to me in the past, why do I keep going back? Lied to me twice yesterday. Realized they lied again today, when I went to drop my car off. When I decided I didn't want them to troubleshoot and service my car, the service woman told me how she had done her job. I didn't say she lied to me. It was someone else I talked with yesterday. then, some man took me to my car, and told me, "Have a nice day", to which I replied "I will when I leave here", then he laughed. Such nice customer service. I have had it with these people. Do I really have to give them a rating of "one" here? I would give them a big zero. More
