Oil change and tire rotation I was called on the phone and told that an oil change was $99, but I could get an oil change and tire rotation for $69. When we got to the dealer and left the car, Jeff Wilson came and told us that our tires were out of alignment and it would cost 99,99 to get them aligned. We gave the go ahead for him to do the alignment. When we went to pay, the bill was $74.76. I asked about the cost for the alignment and the girl said that they didn't do the alignment. There was no explanation given for not aligning the tires. More
