Awesome Service I received a recall notice for my 2009 Chevy Impala. The card said to take it to David Stanley’s which I did. I called and set up an apt. The day o I received a recall notice for my 2009 Chevy Impala. The card said to take it to David Stanley’s which I did. I called and set up an apt. The day of the apt, I dropped my vehicle off. The sales person asked me a couple of questions and said they would call when the vehicle was done. It took maybe 5 mins for the whole thing. They called and said my vehicle was done but I needed an alignment done. They had a special going for all 4 tires of $99.95. I told them to do the job. He called back a couple of hours later and said job was done. I went after work to pick car up and he sent me to the cashier and he brought the car to me. It was all done within 5 minutes. Thank you David Stanley for a job well done. More

Buying my new work truck I went to David Stanley Chevrolet, explained what I was looking for and what extras would have to be done before it would work and then I left. Later I went to David Stanley Chevrolet, explained what I was looking for and what extras would have to be done before it would work and then I left. Later that day I received a call saying they had located an LTZ 3500 HD 4x4 Silverado and what the price would be with all the extras. I agreed to that truck and showed up later that evening and signed the paperwork. I was also given a loaner truck to work out of until my truck was ready for me to pick up. More

Difficult to work with, would not call back. The salesman that I worked with would not return my phone calls despite many attempts to reach him. The car that I purchased did not have the oil drain plug installed correctly and resulted in a large oil stain on my driveway, not sure what this says about the service department. The salesman also agreed to wash and vacuum the car for me and did not. More

Poor experience I started off looking at a 2019 Silverado they had for sale on line. I called an was told the truck was there and that the price was correct. I later I started off looking at a 2019 Silverado they had for sale on line. I called an was told the truck was there and that the price was correct. I later got a call saying that the truck was on there by mistake. I was told to come down and they would take care of me and help me find a different truck because of the mistake. I found a different truck I liked but never could even get a price for the truck and didn't even know what I was paying until I was in finance. I told the Salesmen I wanted to use my bank and he said that they are one of the bank they use and that wouldn't be a problem. I told him I didn't want a bunch of hard inquiries on my credit score and he assured me there wouldn't be. Turns out there are at least 5 on there by the time they were finished. During the test drive I notice the rear of the drivers seat kept falling off and the salesmen told me he would get it taken care of before i picked up the truck the next day. I get there to pick up the truck and he told me he took care of the seat so I check to see and it fell off as soon as I sat down. I guess the last part is my fault for not looking the truck over better. I notice the truck has had some recent body repair to the drivers front fender. The work was not done by a professional or disclosed to me before the sale. The paint on the fender at the repaired spot is terrible and not the same as the factory paint.There is over spray on the fender well and all over the hood of the truck. I guess I thought buying a truck from a big dealership I wouldn't have to worry about shady work but I was wrong! More
