We purchased a warranty with this vehicle due to it being the ONLY new vehicle I've ever purchased. My experience since has supported my decision to purchase the warranty and I'm happy with it. More

Repair As I was waiting for my repair work, Jeff came in and said they checked my front end alignment and it was off and needed to be fixed. I asked him how As I was waiting for my repair work, Jeff came in and said they checked my front end alignment and it was off and needed to be fixed. I asked him how much it was off and he said that itge test didn’t show how much. He said it would be $95. I asked if there were any specials and he said this was a special being $30 off. We all know the rest for front end alignment is the most expensive part of the test. I feel like that since I am a woman they didn’t think I would know this and if it was tested it would tell how much it was out of alignment. I am called every time I have service done and am promised a voucher for completing it. I have done numerous surveys and never have received a voucher. More
Worst buying experience ever! On January 10, I bought a 2011 Ram 2500. The salesman insisted it had been inspected, but within a few weeks, I found multiple issues. Leak on the tra On January 10, I bought a 2011 Ram 2500. The salesman insisted it had been inspected, but within a few weeks, I found multiple issues. Leak on the transfer case, leak on washer fluid, bad tire sensor, and the ac didn’t work. Luckily I bought an aftermarket warranty. Wrong! Warranty wouldn’t cover any of the repairs. At that point I had the truck for 10 and 2400 miles. After a lot of complaining, they agreed to fix it, but kept saying the warranty company agreed to it. Well I talked to them. I know they denied the claim. So I go to pick the truck up, and the ac still doesn’t work!! Next day, they find the leak in the evaporator. So I pick the truck up on Saturday, the tire sensor goes off on the way home. But...the invoice says they replaced it. This gets even better...6 days later, the Turbo starts going out. I go to the dealership and tell them I want out of this truck today! Call the guys at CJD and make me a deal on a new truck. I go to CJD and they actually asked me if I could do $1380/mo payments. Are you freakin kidding me? Obviously they didn’t want to deal with me anymore. That’s fine, the feeling is mutual. They lost out on a sale and I got a good deal elsewhere. Now to the AUL warranty refund. I have contacted AUL and the gave me a quote of 83% of the original contract price. That is $2451. If I don’t receive a check for this full amount within a timely manner, I will contact every media outlet I can find. I will tell anyone who will listen about my experience with David Stanley. More
