Inconsistencies Purchased a car in October 2018 and in 5 months the check engine light has come on 2 times. It takes time and energy to get into the facility to get i Purchased a car in October 2018 and in 5 months the check engine light has come on 2 times. It takes time and energy to get into the facility to get it fixed. Also, they never have loaners available therefore further exacerbating the unknown issue. It could be getting worse while waiting 2 weeks for one to become available. If the engine light is coming on this early then what can I expect with the next 5 1/2 years of payments...smh. I can’t seem to get in touch with the General Manager Richard Bell to discuss what seems to be a purchased “lemon”. I’ve called several times he’s always in “meetings” and I’ve sent an email. I guess I need to contact Mr. David Stanley himself about my car concerns. It’s amazing how all of this has happened then I get a customer service survey today (the day after). More
