The setting on the screen for tires and air was on and would not come off; he said he could take care of that for me, to not take it anywhere else because they may not know what they were doing; told me the service department was closed and were short handed; told me to bring it back in to him and he would take care of it; I have called and texted the number he gave me 405-388-9137 with the two replies: 3-22-2019 at 0742 saying he cannot squeeze me in and as far as the owner's manual, he will need a 2018 Tahoe to take it out of in order to get me one; after I acknowledged his reply, the return reply said, Thanks Patricia, we will talk soon. I then called the dealership; left a voice mail requesting, if he can't honor his promise, a "we Owe" to the service department - - - - no reply; second time I called and requested a general manager, voice mail left. no reply to date. sales person was respectful. Finance person was great. Levy in marketing called me and stated I should go to O'Riley's or auto zone and get the tire sensor re-set instead of driving so far back to the dealership. He said the dealership lost on this sale; I asked about no one returning my phone calls until I wrote the negative experience with David Stanley dealership, he didn't answer that question; he suggested I order an owner's manual - - I already had ordered one at the cost of $78.00. O'riley's does not re-set tire sensors, the tire company we took it to said the sensors are out and the repair will cost me around $400.00. More
