Poor Job! David Stanley keeps pressuring me for a review, so here goes. I took possession of a 2011 Ram 2500 on 1/9/19. I traded in a 2108 Ram 1500 2wd with lot David Stanley keeps pressuring me for a review, so here goes. I took possession of a 2011 Ram 2500 on 1/9/19. I traded in a 2108 Ram 1500 2wd with lots of upgrades. First, I was pressured into a 5star review before I even made it to the finance department. Then there was the “misunderstanding” of “how much do you want for your trade”. I told them I wanted it paid off. They said, “ oh yeah we can do that”, and then candidly tried to slide $4,000 of negative equity into the new loan. I was pissed! Then the sales manager comes in to negotiate. Comes up $1,500 and promises me free rental vehicles. I agree, because I’m over it. Been there 2 hours too long. Next day, I drive the truck 400 miles and find there’s a suspension/wheel hub issue. Takes a day to secure financing. The finance guy boast about how he got me a great interest rate. Good deal! But...”the finance co insist on an aftermarket warranty and maintenance contract” to the tune of $4,000. (Not to mention they bounced my credit to 6-8 different places). At this point I’m done. Thinking, an aftermarket warranty is probably a good idea with an 8yr old truck. Not necessarily satisfied, but I take it and leave. Friday, my wife took it in for the detail they owed me. The trade was that new. Now, I thought I was getting the “New Truck” detail, but I got the “ Oh, you already bought this truck” half xxx detail. $8 car wash would have done better. Missed spots on the exterior. Removed the spot on back seat. Vacuumed the floors, but there’s still crumbs on the seat! Tire dressing, but didn’t clean the dash, doors, anything else. There’s still sticky xxxx in the console! I should mention that it took 3hrs round trip and $20 in fuel for the detailing. They talk a great game, I’ll give them that. But with all of this said, why would I be a return customer? I don’t have any confidence in service work. More
