Can’t even fill up a truck with fuel.. I purchased a 2017 Silverado last week and they gave it to me bone dry on fuel. They said it was “policy” and they couldn’t fill it up for me. They al I purchased a 2017 Silverado last week and they gave it to me bone dry on fuel. They said it was “policy” and they couldn’t fill it up for me. They also claimed the diesel exhaust fluid tank was full. When I got home I got a notification on my dash that it was bone dry. Both of these things made me pretty upset after I spent a fortune on purchasing a truck from them. It will more than likely be the last vehicle I buy from them. After they sold me the truck they acted like it wasn’t there problem. That is terrible customer experience. More
